The full 1.12 patch notes have been posted online .The update fixes a number of bugs for the main game and the Hearts of Stone expansion. Also included are "improvements to general game performance."

The Witcher 3's latest patch, 1.11, was released at the end of October 2015. That update fixed a number of bugs, improved technical performance in some regions, and addressed problems with the New Game Plus mode.
The Witcher 3 launched in May 2015 and has sold more than 6 million copies. Recently discovered retail listings suggested an "Enhanced Edition" of the game was coming, but CD Projekt Red quickly shot down those rumors.
